AMEVO takes over activities Jobu Plastics B.V.

As of January 1, 2023, AMEVO has taken over the activities of Jobu Plastics B.V. from Kudelstaart. The acquisition means for AMEVO a further expansion and strengthening of both the customer base and the product range. “We are very pleased and proud that we have been able to reach an agreement with owner Jos Buskermolen of Jobu Plastics B.V. about the takeover of its activities.” says director of AMEVO., Folke van Dorp.

“Jobu Plastics B.V. is a well-known name in horticulture with a long history, going back to the start in 1984 with the introduction of the JOBU tomato clip. In 1986, the first own invention followed, the JOBU clip ring, an indispensable horticultural trick to this day. Since then, the Jobu Plastics range has grown enormously with numerous smart and resourceful products for professional horticulture.”

According to van Dorp, both the product range and the customer base fit seamlessly with AMEVO as a supplier of innovative products for the professional horticultural sector. “We are at least as pleased with the fact that the current owner and director of Jobu Plastics B.V., Jos Buskermolen, has joined AMEVO through an advisory position,” van Dorp continues. “We look forward to using his ingenuity and technical knowledge in the future for the development of new and innovative products.”
