Eko stake label tailor made / 3 mm natural
On request the Eko stake labels naturel are also available tailor made with printing on one or two sides. The thickness is 3 mm and the maximum width is 2,5 cm. The one thing you have to keep in mind is the rounded nature of the bamboo. There are many shapes possible. When printed, the text is burned into the Eko stake label. Because of the roundness the maximum width of the print is limited to approx. 1,4 cm. Minimum quantity depending on size +/- 100-200.000 pieces.

What are the exact options with the printed Eko stake labels?
For the dimensions, only the top 10 cm can be printed, whereby you also have to stay 0.8 cm from the top and 1.5 mm from both sides. This leaves you with an effective printing area of 9.2 x 1.1 cm.
Printing always varies because it is burned in and the printing surface is not completely flat. It is good to know that there is also a burn-in/printing difference between stake labels that come more from the inside of the bamboo pole and stake labels that come more from the outside. Stake labels from the inside are lighter in colour and the material is slightly softer. Labels from the outside are light brown in colour and the material is slightly harder.
We always advise to make the letters as large as possible and to choose a clear and bright font, because of the readability and recognition at a distance. Very detailed images/logos cannot be printed properly or will not look good.
