Thermostretch is especially developed for the transportation of small younger plants on for example CC-Containers (Danish trolley). It’s ideal for crops that are sensitive to temperature changes. Thermostretch limits those changes, and as a result there is lesser loss in crops.

Details

ThermoStretch has been specially developed for use when transporting temperature-sensitive plants and flowers. It is a stretchable polypropylene cloth that is much better than stretch film when transporting delicate plants. Its insulating properties ensure that sensitive plants do not suffer from temperature changes during transport and temporary storage.

The high air-permeable structure keeps the young plant protected, and humidity does not rise during transport. The high elasticity of the cloth ensures good winding of the trolley.

What are the benefits?

Stretch: Due to the stretchability of the cloth, it can be used as a substitute for stretch film. Can be used manually and on wrapping machines for Danish trolleys. It can also be used for pallets of boxes.

Breaths: ThermoStretch is air-permeable, which allows the product to breathe.

Insulates: ThermoStretch insulates, making the product less susceptible to temperature fluctuations. This means less downtime due to heat shock and frost damage.

Does not adhere: ThermoStretch does not stick, but has the stretch capabilities of stretch film. This makes it the ideal replacement for stretch wrap film. Because they do not stick together, you can load Danish trolleys much more easily. Which greatly reduces the likelihood of the packaging tearing and possibly repacking the Danish trolleys.
