Filon shading meshes
Filon shade nettings are woven polyethylene meshes. Most Filon meshes have either 1 strengthened side or a specially enhanced seam. Only Filon 90 has 2 strengthened sides. These sides and seams make it easy to secure the netting.
It is perfectly suited for:
- shading in greenhouses or tunnels
- as winter protection over tunnels
- protection against hail, downpour, or wind
Widths up to 2.80 meters are pre-shrunken, other widths are prone to shrinking if not secured properly. Most Filon netting is on request also available in white and other sizes (only made out of existing widths), to a width of 12 meters maximum.
Mevoleen meshes
Are you looking for a netting with a different colour, shape or with printing on it? Then Mevoleen meshes are the solution to your question. Also available: a cover net for trailers ore containers and a harmonica cloth that can be used as a sunshade.
This is mat makes Mevoleen meshes so great:
They are made out of high grade polyethylene strap knit and almost shrink-free, the tolerance in size is just 3-4%.
Approved for applications where the mesh coms into contact with food products.
Can be tailor made in every size, even unusual shapes.
There are a lot of tailor made solutions, such as a strengthened edge with metal eyelids, zipper or Velcro connection.
They can be printed with digital printing and stencil printing.
Mevoleen meshes are available in a wide range of colours and have a high temperature resistance, from -30º C up to 80º C.
Mevoleen meshes are environmentally friendly, can be recycled and there are fire resistant (class B1) meshes available.
Mevolon wind reduction and shading meshes
Mevolon wind reduction meshes are top quality meshes woven with high grade PE threads. This weaving technique ensures that Mevolon meshes always keep their tension. Even in the toughest conditions.
Wunderleen shading meshes
Wunderleen shading meshes are absolute top quality meshes made of high quality polyethylene. The special weaving technique ensures that the threads which form the meshes do not slide out of place.
They have the right weight and shrink very little, max 2-3%.
Tailor made to other sizes and strengthened edges are possible, but only with metal eyelids.
