The Bio non-woven geotextile Plus is a 100% biological non-woven brown geotextile made out of PLA-fibers. Mevolon groundcover also called geotextile, or weed stopper cloth is available in five basic qualities, 4 black coloured ones and one quality in white. It is also possible to fabricate Mevolon 1100, 1300 and AquaFlow 2000 fit to size, ask our sales team for the possibilities.
There are 3 other types of geotextiles available, 2 non-woven types and 1 woven type.
Bio non-woven geotextile Plus
The Bio non-woven geotextile Plus is durable and 100% biological. It’s made out of PLA-fibers and thermally reinforced for a bigger pulling strength. Ideal as an anti-weed cover.
Mevolon woven geotextiles
Mevolon woven geotextiles are a UV-stabile, permeable to water with a minimum of 20 l/m²/sec and virtually shrink-free tape fabric. Mevolon groundcover has green squared lining, with squares of 15 x 15 cm, the Mevolon AquaFlow 2000 has green lines with a 25 cm distance.
Mevolon AquaFlow 2000 is an extra heavy duty quality weighing 200 gr/m². AquaFlow 2000 is specially developed for usage in greenhouses and outdoor container fields and it has a very heigh water permeability of at least 40 l/m²/sec.
Mevolon woven geotextiles tailor made
AMEVO can deliver woven geotextiles tailor made in black with green lines with a 15 cm distance and with lapped seams. Lapped seams delivered by AMEVO are the best seams available. Mevolon groundcover, tailor made with lapped seams have the following benefits:

The seams are made by double stitching with UV resistant threads.
This is the best and most durable tailor made solution available.
Any size is always possible up to approx. 2300 m² for the Mevolon 1100, approx. 1800 m² for the Mevolon 1300 and approx. 1300 m² for the AquaFlow 2000. Ask our sales team what the possibilities are if you require a larger piece.
Mevolon white geotextiles
Because of its high reflection of light, the white coloured Mevolon groundcover greatly enhances quality and production. It has green squared lining, with squares of 15 x 15 cm.
Other geotextiles
The woven PP40 and the non-woven geotextiles have a very limited UV-protection. PP40 is very usable in road construction, non-woven geotextiles are, for example, very suitable as protection under artificial lawns.
