Synthetic edgings

Our Gardenliner synthetic edgings are very strong and very flexible. They are UV-resistant, which makes them very durable. There are multiple types available. The Orlando Bric-Edg is ideally suited as edging for paving and the Chicago is especially developed as an edging for ponds.

The greatest advantage of synthetic edgings is that they do not corrode and don’t have sharp edges. They are the safest edgings there are and therefore ideally suited for areas with children and animals. Through the unique composition of the materials, all Gardenliners have very good UV-stabilisation.

The various types of synthetic edgings

Each type has its own characteristics:

The Denver is an excellent edging solution for curved paths and round shapes. Because of the great length per section it can be processed very quickly.

The Edg-King is executed with a big round beaded edge which makes it very usable in children’s playgrounds. There is also a nifty corner piece available to create 90° angles.

As with the Edg King, the Los Angeles Trimline is also equipped with a beaded edge, it is just a bit smaller: Ø 14 mm. But again, very suitable for children’s playgrounds and public gardens.

The L-shaped Orlando of 3 mm thick is ideally suited as edging for paving and is available as straight rigid profile and as flexible edge. Both types can easily be linked.

Last but not least, there is the Chicago pond edge. The name says it all, an edging especially for use in the construction of ponds. The great lengths per section makes processing easy. They can be secured with the posts of recycled PE material, which are sold separately.

Tip: In order to create angles in the Denver and Chicago edgings, the material can be heated with a small blow-torch and subsequently bent into shape.
