Mevolux E.V.A. tunnelling foil is high grade transparent foil consisting of 3 layers with a thickness of 0.18 mm. It comes with a UV-warranty of 4 years. The deciding feature for the lifespan is not the thickness of the foil, but the grade in which UV-stabilisers are applied. As Mevolux tunnelling foil has 15-30% more UV-stabiliser than other foils, our customers find it is longer lasting even than warranted. Additionally our foil is anti-drip acting, meaning that moisture will slide down along the foil rather than dripping down on the plants. What’s more, its thermal features; give protection against frost and temperature inversion, bring higher nightly temperatures, reduce energy consumption, give higher yield and earlier harvest.
